Why can full premade teams fight solo players?

If you wanna play with a team of 5 friends, you should have to wait instead of being put against 5 people who are at the disadvantage of not having voice chat.

You can just invite people into Discord if you wanna voice chat I've done it like 20 times with solo queue lobbies and 2/3 join lol
