"Abuse"? They were MEANT to build these items. That's not abuse. Abuse is when built and became an absolute monster. Abuse is when built (the past version) and dominated the game. Assassins building Lethality isn't ABUSE. It may be a balance issue, but this isn't abuse. The only abuser of Lethality is arguably Jayce. Quinn is a Marksman/Assassin hybrid and Riven has been labeled as a Skirmisher by Riot, which is like the distant cousin of an Assassin. This isn't abuse. Maybe it's too powerful, but this is HOW these champions are meant to be built. With Lethality.
