Please get ADCs (specifically Lucian) out of mid lane

There is literally nothing AP carries can do to deal with him, unless it's something like Annie who can unavoidably 100 to 0 him.

For example, I was just playing Vel'koz against a bad Lucian and there was nothing I could do to deal with him once he had BotrK, even though I killed him pre-6 and I was up 20 CS and 2 kills.

The range of his dash + auto is effectively the same as my W, meaning that if I attempt to clear the wave, he can dash into me and chunk a large portion of my health, and then easily side step any follow up thanks to Warlords boosting his MS. This makes it impossible to trade with him unless he fucks up, and I get punished every time I try to use my wave clear.

If he does fuck up and somehow fails to dodge a skill shot, I can't even punish him for it, because I can't 100 to 0 him and he'll completely heal over all of my damage with life steal.

There is absolutely no potential for outplay here, nor any way to really play safe. This is stupid, and applies to almost every mid lane champion that isn't high burst, like Syndra or Annie.
