Suggestions for Fizz in Assassin Rework

So we all know how annoying Fizz is and how unfair he is to play against. With the assassin rework coming up soon after Yorick, I'd just like to add some personal suggestions to him if it's not too late.

1. Change the W (and passive) - The passive IMO is just not that interesting or noticeable and can be easily replaced by a much better passive. The real focus I want to bring though is the W because I don't think it gets a lot of attention for hate like it should unlike Fizz's E. It does more damage based on your missing health, literally Riot's definition of hidden power. I know a lot of you may already know about that but again I need to bring it up because I feel like its completely overlooked when people start bitching about Fizz on the boards. In short, it's probably already being removed, which thank god it is, but now that brings me to my second suggestion...

2. Spread out the usage on his E - Now what I mean by this is that I feel his E gives him too much. I feel like it's the Irelia of any ability in League. It just has everything. Don't believe me? Well lets list what it can do: it's a gap closer, can do AoE damage which can be used for waveclear, can slow enemies when used correctly, gets a pretty low cooldown when maxed (even more with CR), oh and turns him untargetable. It's one thing to create an ability to provide mobility, but having one that provides mobility and do high amounts of damage at an ungodly low cooldown and turns the champion untargetable is just unforgivable. Basically one of two things needs to happen: Either spread out what is can do like spread the power from this into his new W ability and turn his E more for mobility (kinda what they're doing to Leblanc right now) and so he doesn't just level that up immediately for insane mobile and damage power or just remove the ability all together. The second option is most likely not happening see how his E is a huge part of Fizz's identity but the first option seems more logical and more likely to do.

Those are just what I want from the reworked Fizz. What do you guys think? Agree? Diagree? What are your suggestions? (Besides removing him from the game everyone has already heard that)
