Actually problem is that.Riot gives buff to competitive but we didn't see Draven or Twitch.

Also, she countered heavily by Lucian (his early game burst cannot be stopped by a spell-shield), Caitlyn (her range > Sivir's), Ashe (her slows out-do Sivir's passive and her range puts her in perfect position to poke Sivir in lane), Miss Fortune (early lane bully, Sivir cannot spell-shield R), Jhin (bait out her spell-shield with a Q and then go onto her, but then kite back when you're on your last bullet, and crit her and run).
