My One Problem with the New Ban System

I'm in the load screen for a game right now, a game where both teams banned Darius. Would it not be possible to have 1 entire team ban first, then the other entire team, so that, that way, we don't end up with problems like this?

it is meant to be able to do that so that sp you ban counter picks instead of just being dumb and banning "op" champs
