PLEA Galio needs a buff particularly on his ult

If you ever played Galio getting his ult off is one of the most obnoxious skill of all time, even if you do get a 5 man or even a 3 man it usually gets cancelled right away. You could argue that Galio winrate is high at times but it goes from 52% to 48% in a day it fluctuates so much due to the lack of players playing this champ. His Q has one of the smallest hit boxes in the game to land, his W is great and fun, his E is fine but his ult really needs a buff. What i really NEED is Galio's ult not to be canceled by the enemy team by use of CC or once you use it no enemy can cancel it type of thing.

TL:DR Galio needs a buff, enemy can't cancel ult.

Really? His ult being a massive AoE taunt UNAFFECTED by tenacity and with massive damage needs a buff? And you want to buff it by removing the only counterplay left to it, which is interrupting it with CC from outside or using a specific bought item to cleanse yourself and run?

Also what's funny is that they JUST buffed it. They decreased its base damage by a little, but increased his maximum damage by a shitload.

It needs to be immune to CC from targets he hit with his ultimate. So you dont get fraction of a second ultimates.

Nothing is more frustrating than flashing in and having a Leona, blitz, udyr, garen cancel your Ultimate because they pressed 1 button before you ulted

The only rare players who can cancel Galio's ult while being in it are:

One autoattack followed by 3 other AAs to stop the taunt.
If his E is on before Galio ults.
Can use ult to remove taunt and then uses QW to stop the taunt.
Can only escape with his W, and then does damage from the outside.
Typically the only item to get you safe from Galio's ult.

Be reminded that tenacity doesn't stop Galio's taunt.

And you're saying you want these rare safety removed so that Galio's ult will have 0 counterrplay? Do note that a lot of selfish players don't really like wasting their money on item 3140

Have you ever played galio? His ult range is very small anyone outside of it with CC can disable him easy.

It's actually considered large enough for skirmishes and even giant teamfights. You just have to know positioning, or learning to Flash+Ult the most group you can get. I have played tons of Galio top lane, so I know what I'm saying. You just need better practice.

Then your timing is just plain bad.

I do actually, or else I wouldnt be having him at a Level 2 CM. I just preferred other champions in the meantime, and Silver has nothing to do with my amount Galio games I played.

Yes silver does have something to do with Galio people in platinum have way better reaction time and prepare their cc before hand. Timing? that is historical of course i know timing im in bloody platinum.

Actually Hard counter your ultimate because they only have to press a non ultimate button and let you ult them so they are forced to auto you and cancel your ultimate.

RARE champs? You just named 3 of the most played supps in the game. And one of the most played top lane champs. They are not rare to see. And GP's W saves him not everyone. Braums Passive is mindlessly stopping it for team. Blitz almost alwyas has E on when a player is coming to them. Ali is the only one that you need to put thought into to stop Galio. I bet Braums ult would stop it. Zac's E and ult. Xin if his knock up was ready.

For me his biggest faults are as follows.

Melee and a very short range. The fix... Make his wings melee and expand the range. Not a huge range but more then current.

MANA. OMFG he is so mana hungry. He needs more regen or a much bigger pool. With his range so short you are force to Q farm.

The ULT cancel. I don't mind the QSS canceling it. Because you can double tap it. But the taunt time is the best part. But knocks like Blitz completely negate his ult. How they are able to cast in a taunt I don't understand. Ahri's charm you can't cast in, or move at all. Just walk to her. Shen's taunt you don't cast (I think). It's seems like Galio is the only taunt you can stop before it completes without the aid of QSS or equivalent. But by casting a knock-up from inside his taunt. It is not right. Casting in a taunt makes it not a taunt. If you have control over your self then you would run. When in Rammus taunt I fell like I can't do nothing but wait for it to ware off. So Why I can be canceled by a Blitz E is enraging. Not even a skill shot just "oh, I have to attack you here is an E, HA" Ult fail. Also a little more range on it would be great.

I love playing Galio, but I won't anymore. Because of the Mana and the Melee range. It's just to easy to push out of lane. And in a team fight you are limited to casting due to squish.

Oh I have a question. Is there any other taunt that you can't cast in or cancel without QSS or another items like it or summoner 1 or an ult like Galios that can be canceled so easy? I say canceled because with out the time of taunt to stack bonus dmg and allow your team to attack them, it's about useless.
