I am tired of waiting for ten minutes to finally get a game in team builder and I'm even more tired of the lane calling and auto locking of normal queue. There needs to be a change somewhere to make the majority of people happy. Because as of right now it's pretty messed up. As the title shows, advertising team builder would be a good way to do it. Maybe putting a small like 50% IP boost on it for a while or something would be good. Thoughts?

you select your role and lane (marksman,tank, mage, bot, top...yada yada business as usual)
you select your 3 mains for that role that will be displayed for this position in the queue
captain can kick or accept based on what you normally play or are showing you want to play
then que for a game
get a game everybody has already "called their roles and are "locked in to playing those positions"
ban phase pick phase trade phase
game start
team builder premise into draft mode
it will hold much more appeal to people who want to play what they see in lcs.
