For those that don't have 15 minutes to spare here is a summary of the 9 steps and there's also a quick recap at 13:45 in the video.

Don't obsess over kills/cs. Obsess over getting 3 turrets in a lane, one inhibitor, 2 nexus turrets and the nexus. Make this the focus of every kill, cs, dragon, baron that you take. Steps below for the easiest path to close out the game keeping this objective in mind.

Step 1 - Destroy your lane opponent and take his turret (find a champion that works for you or if this is too hard skip to step 2)

Step 2 - Destroy adjacent lanes turret

Step 3 - Destroy last outter tier turret (this is often completed for you by teammates)

Step 4 - Group up and destroy the 2nd tier mid turret and recall (this fight is often a tough one)

Step 5 - Take out top/bot 2nd tier outter turret (split pushing comes in handy here)

Step 6 - Take out the last remaining 2nd tier turret while your team pressures mid (sensible teams will abandon 2nd tier lane turrets at this point)

Step 7 - Break the enemy base turrets and grab one or more inhibitors. This is EXTREMELY hard. So a number of solutions/strategies are provided for completing this step.

Step 8 - With one or two inhibs down go for the Baron.

Step 9 - Push into enemy base as super minions in adjacent lanes enter enemy base. Time your engage to coincide with an opponent going away to deal with super minions. Win the 5v4 fight, take nexus turrets and nexus.

How to win the game:

Step 1: Win the game.

Ok a tad harsh but I feel as the advice is a tad generic and not very helpful.

Often times the hardest parts for improving isn't finding out what you're supposed to do but rather HOW you're supposed to do it. For example I know that improving my cs will give more gold and thus more of an advantage in lane but improving one's cs isn't as simple as knowing that fact. I need manage the wave, know when to push and when to freeze the lane. I need to know HOW to push and HOW to freeze the lane. HOW to deal with the enemy etc..

Good effort at least.
