We all know ARURF is already horrible. This item isn't helping at all. Every champion who gets it normally are already bad enough. There's no reason that hyperscaling Guinsoo champions should be getting anywhere near this much out of one item. Disable it and tip the scales a bit back towards champions who don't build it.

You would have a point assuming getting a team that can CC lock were a guaranteed thing. Even if you did get such a team, try CC locking a Kogmaw with 3 items. He quite literally kills everything in under 3 seconds, and other Guinsoo users do the same. It's ridiculous.
