Interesting Fact: Last time Garen was nerfed was back in patch V5.18

Actually 5.18 was the last direct nerf to him. You're looking at his movement speed nerf, but 5.18 made his villain passive ignore his own deaths.

The last indirect nerf was 6.11, which lowered the movement speed of Boots of Swiftness from 60 to 55, which was the most used pair of boots for Garen. There have been other item changes, but this was the last one I can remember that effected him heavily.

I was referring to more direct nerfs, but thanks for the info regardless.
