When did CertainlyT not cause significant problems for League of Legends
Literally, every champion that he creates causes trauma on the game.
Trauma: a deeply distressing or disturbing experience.
: Lane bully that scales into the late game with a kit that out dps's a squishy mage or assassin. Was living hell on release.
: You can't build against him if you are AD and want scaling, the answer to Zed is 2 items in the game and one summoner in the game that is never used. Overloaded kit, Zed is literally only "good" because he has one of the most overloaded kits in the game. An overloaded kit does not make a good champion nor a good champion design! Was living hell on release.
: Literally, this champion. THIS champion. The only reason this champion at all is played more than Urgot is because of the dedicated fanbase that plays Zyra because she is Zyra. Her kit is so overloaded that it is impossible to balance her as a designed burst mage and a support at the same time while having uncounterable (Bansh veil!) instant damage with cc tacked onto it. Because she has so much shit in her kit, she will likely never actually see realistic play.
: "What if we gave a champion that doubled the profit of an item that gave critical damage, but kept it the same price for him so that he has ridiculous damage spikes. Oh, and just for a sick joke let's also give him a knock up every 3 seconds with an ultimate that has a 20 second ult timer on it. And a shield. And a windwall. And a dash. His kit is so overloaded that he is basically in the same position as Zyra. If they buff him, he will be way too strong and if they nerf him, he is just too weak. Don't worry, on the bright side his Q can reach a 0.6 second cooldown ratio with 100% crit.
: "The community is complaining about mobility creep?" This champions comes out. Aside from her having an infinite stacking E that out smites SMITE she can kite for literal days with an additional escape tacked on her Q that does significant damage. It was almost like CertainlyT tried to piss people off by giving this champion to Riot. Her kit is way overloaded as usual, because why not? You know you fucked up when Kalista did 3k damage to baron after she stopped auto attacking. "You will know a kit is well designed when you have to think about where to put skill points." -A rioter
: I don't even need to explain.
"What if we made a champion, that was a support, and had everything in the entire game besides one thing?" -CertainlyT
Literally, Thresh does everything. Need a shield? Got it. Knock up? Got it. Hook? Got it. Poke? Got it. 99% slow with multiple hits? Got it. Slow? Got it. Pull? Got it. Engage or disengage? Got it. Literally, this champion has everything in the entire game besides sustain.
We need more designers like Zenon, a person that actually thinks about what kit he is putting into the game. Zenon created Tahm, Xerath, Lucian and Azir. Azir in my opinion, is a big mistake. But all of these champions did not actually disrupt the entire game. None of these champions actually caused problems for the game and they had a place in the meta, at one point in time. These champions actually have significant counters while also capable of being not quite underwhelming while even being nerfed. Which is the exact opposite of what happens to TerribleT's champions, when they are all nerfed because he is creating champions for Dota. 2.
