But I think catchup for extreme situations like this can be ok. Because literally being level 1 with no camps would suck. But not for when you are just lightly behind. I mean as support I am always behind in levels. But we don't have some mechanic to get us back to even with a top 4+ ahead of us. (at the same time) a locked out jungler (although 2 top is super fun) wouldn't get much if he tried to leech xp in lane only.
