Reclassify Jhin from marksman to a mage so new players do not get the wrong idea, same goes for Mordekaiser WHO ISN'T EVEN RANGED!

He's an AD Caster (ironically still ADC) is what i think. Somewhere right between mages and marksmen because he can play like both, but his gameplay pattern feels more like mage to me.

His passive makes him unable to play as a marksman though cause the cooldown after the 4th shot is really long; where as Varus can play as either a marksman or mage, Jhin on the other hand is entirely reliant on cooldowns for his damage. Jhin plays more like Viktor, Jhin having a lot more range and burst than Viktor, but Viktor has more sustain damage and easier to kite with him.

Unless Jhin can straight up burst a marksman out right, any marksman should straight up beat Jhin in a 1v1

A mage is some one who is ability based and cooldown reliant, damage type and what you build is not factored in whether you are a marksman or mage

jhin looks like the first adc who does damage... before his 4th item. nvm before his 1. item lol

I think they did reclassify Morde already.

Also, Just because your focus is narrow on what ADC means isn't our problem to fix.

Morde still doesn't have a mage tag on him, they removed marksman ---

a Marksman is someone who has ranged sustain damage, so someone who basic attacks from afar with flawless uptime, Jhin has a very long cooldown after his 4th shot making his basic attacks more of an ability than a real basic attack and he has good ability damage too

a Mage is someone who is typically a caster, they rely on abilities and cooldown, there are sustain damage mages but as long as its still ability based it is a mage still; typically sustain damage mages are hyper mages since they out damage the others in the late game. An example of hyper mages will be Kog'Maw, Anivia, Kathus, Azir, Cassiopeia, Vladimir, etc
