What are all the champions where, if you screw up with their combos or skillshots, then you hurt yourself more than you hurt the other team? In other words, what are a list of champions that punishes you very harshly for screwing up?

I think every champion can screw up pretty badly lol. But uh...
just to name a few...
one wrong q and you can be exposed to alot of enemies.
you can trap friends or ain enemies to escape using your wall.
you can screw your team with your ult and your portals
can trap allies in his ultimate.
can make bad engages like amumu
can pull enemies closer which can make them kill your ally
same as anivia

With Azir you can super overestimate your own ability. I've died many times thinking I had won the battle and then been promptly crushed.
Bard is among the top of the list of possibly screwing up and messing your team up more than the enemy. However, he is also among the top of the list of screwing over the enemy team. He's very strong when you know how to play him, he just has a very high learning curve.
When I first head the title I thought you meant champions that were so easy you couldn't screw them up. Anyway my top pick would go to bard for obvious reasons. Additionally I would say that talon is probably the hardest, or at least one of the hardest assassins to play. His early game is both good and bad in that you can kill somebody very easily if you go in at the right time but one mistake can cost you your lane and possibly the game
