Random thought about Silver Bolts
This could be the worst idea in the history of League, but it crossed my mind and I wanted to start a small discussion on the matter just for fun.
After reading a bug on the PBE forums, I thought of something.
What if Vayne stayed exactly the same as she is now, with one small change - her Silver Bolts become a toggle with a small mana cost when they proc (maybe 10 or so) like Jinx's rockets?
She has one of the smallest mana pools in early levels and this would take away some of her early game reliability without removing her holy identity of being a late game hypersupercarry.
Do I use my W to CS? Or save my mana so I can tumble more often? Etc.
