Balanced Evelynn Buffs and nerfs for a new Evelynn that she will not be useless!!

Right now riot gut evelynn because they have no idea what to do with her and they gave her a 10% more slow on her ulti and they call it a day!! That disgusting!! REMOVING 20% damage from the primary damage skill of a champion is not "balance" is gutting!! so anyway my ideas of the new Evelynn is!!

Old Base stats Evelynn

HEALTH 531 – 2061 ATTACK DAMAGE 54 – 113 HEALTH REGEN. 9.8 – 19.2 ATTACK SPEED [*] 0.625 (+0% – 61.2%) MANA 266 – 1031 ARMOR 26.5 – 91.1 MANA REGEN. 8.1 – 18.3 MAGIC RES. 32.1 – 53.4 MELEE 125 MOV. SPEED 340

New Base stats HEALTH 550 – 2150 ATTACK DAMAGE 57 – 115 HEALTH REGEN. 9.8 – 19.2(Same) ATTACK SPEED [*] 0.625 (+0% – 61.2%)(same) MANA 280 – 1031 ARMOR 28.5 – 95 MANA REGEN. 8.1 – 18.3(Same) MAGIC RES. 32.1 – 53.4(same) MELEE 125 (Same) MOV. SPEED 345

Why the buffs? Simple Because right now Evelynn have the AD of a range champion for some weird reason....she have one of the smallest hp/armor/MS in terms of melee assasins!! So this need to be fixed!! When you have talon/rengar/KHA (i dont say that this champs are op but they are melee Assasins) and they have better base stats its unfair to Evelynn to not have not the same but close to them stats because even with the buffed stats she still weaker that the other assasins!! "But Evelynn have invisibility that why she have low stats you cant see her all game" Wait and see!!

Old Passive Shadow Walk RANGE: 700

New Passive Shadow Walk RANGE: 800

With that it mean that the enemies now have 100 more range to detect you and if you think that this is a small nerf remember that 50 range can make an ADC broken or useless!!

Old Hate Spike RANGE: 500 COST: 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 / 36 MANA COOLDOWN: 1.5 MISSILE SPEED: 2000 (rapidly decays over the duration)

MAGIC DAMAGE: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 (+ 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% AP) (+ 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% bonus AD)

**New Hate **Spike RANGE: 600 COST: 13 / 20 / 27 / 34 / 40 MANA COOLDOWN: 1.3 MISSILE SPEED: 2000 (rapidly decays over the duration)

MAGIC DAMAGE: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 (+ 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% AP) (+ 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% bonus AD) (Same)

The Hate Spike range is bigger but the mana costs are bigger too!! the damage remain nerfed to 80 but now she can hit further but she will drain her mana faster!!

New Dark Frenzy COOLDOWN: 13 (Why i reduce the CD from all skills i would explain it at the end!)

Old Ravage RANGE: 225 COST: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 MANA COOLDOWN: 9

Old Agony's Embrace RANGE: 650 COST: 100 MANA COOLDOWN: 150 / 120 / 90 MAGIC DAMAGE: 15 / 20 / 25% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of enemies' current health SLOW: 40 / 60 / 80%

New Agony's Embrace RANGE: 700 COST: 100 MANA COOLDOWN: 110 / 90 / 70 MAGIC DAMAGE: 75 +15% /120+ 18% / 175+22% (+ 1% per 100 AP )(+1% per 100 AD) of enemies' current health SLOW: 40 / 60 / 80%

Her ulti Cooldown goes down simple because having an ulti that its longer than shen ulti or karthus ulti for a non global ulti its kinda dumb....the range goes UP to match with the Passive nerf!! and now the ulti have a minimum damage that riot should have add since the day they make the ulti to deal from max health to current health and the Current Hp damage goes down because now Evelynn can use her ulti way more times in a game plus now it have a minimum damage too plus if you play her Hybrid now the ulti have 2 ratios!!

Now why all the Cooldowns got buffed (her ulti i explain but for the others) With the removal of Magus evelynn lost 10% CDR and if you think that evelynn is the only assasin that have the damage skills on 9 seconds Cooldown and then riot remove 10% from her primary build i think its justified to buff her CD a bit!!
