AFKs in Solo Q should lose LP, not their victimized teammates.

You've lost the game for 4 other people, why should they suffer? The AFK should lose LP equal to what their teammates would lose.

Seriously as we speak, i lost a match due to a rengar going afk at lvl 4 and gangplank had connection issues, he was our jungler, we lost every dragon and ended up losing the game, i think the lp losses if someone has been afk for the last 10 minutes of the game should be halfed at least

something needs to be done and the only exception for players not to get punished is if it's a widespread issue (i.e. a whole suburb or w.e. with connection issues).

I check my ping before I join a queue. I don't play if my ping is above 50 or is spiking. I NEVER rage quit ranked because the nature of the modern game can support comebacks.

Must be nice to have below 50 ping usually. I live In Michigan, and average 70-80 ping there. Currently in New York State on Vacation, with a connection 5x faster than back home, and I get a 95-105 ping average here.

My pc is a quad core assus republic of gamers, i have nvidia 765 m and 8 or 6 gigs of ram, my internet is good, i used to play league for over a year with no issues, now i get sudden lag spikes very often that last up to 30 seconds, i can't move my champ around and i have delays in chat, ability use and movement, i think it's unexplained since i always make sure that no other programms are running in tbe background, i stopped playing ranked games for that reason, this problem started about 3 weeks ago and its persisting....

I also make sure my power settings are in max lerformance and my pc is always plugged in so i can't really explain why this is happening

Agreed. But the problem is that the game client is a buggy load of crap. The server infrastructure is unstable on a regular basis and on occasion takes a complete dump. Until those problems get fixed Riot can't even attempt to fix the issue of AFKs because Riot helps cause them.
