a static shield from a tower..I honestly do not know how this seemed like a good idea. It deletes some of a champions best features like 
early counterjungling with

can't get kills when you make it to this,not to mention poking under it is pointless. ,not to mention it's pretty hard to dive. Why not give it a laser and call it the secondary fountain or something ?
