Mf relies on things that are not in her control to function

In lane, you need enemies positioning/minion positioning/your positioning to use your Q, and thats not even 100% guaranteed because I cant even count how many times the second Q has gone to the minion who is just a pixel behind him, instead of the champion that you are actually aiming to.

She doesnt work with half of the supports because she needs someone that can secure her a kill, because she lacks CC and Chase potential (your passive is useless to chase people, even if W can refresh it)

On Team fights she needs someone to lock down multiples enemies so she get a full effect of her ult for 2 segs, on top of that she also needs the enemies to position themself in such way that she can hit more that 2 people, AND she also needs to position her self in such way that no CC will interrupt her casting + can actually hit people for the full effect. And even when those conditions are meet, the effect is meh at best.

I went from 0 champ points to 22k champ points since her "rework". Every lane I won was because the enemies didnt know how MF worked and stayed close to almost dead minions which allowed me to poke and zone them. The only times I killed them was when my support was able to pick someone.

Honestly, she is strong. Her numbers are strong, her kit is strong. She IS strong.

But I wouldn't play her other than normals. If I want to win, I need to make sure my winning potential is not tied to so many factors that I cant barely influence.

Honestly. Her Q needs a buff. Either increase the range (Since you nerfed the cone without any compensation) or make it prioritize champs when you kill a minion.

Her W needs some work too. Make it work like teemo's W, where when he activates the W the MS bonus is increased and cannot be stop by dmg. Give some indication for her W passive stacks (talk about hidden power).

Her E should be fine if you do any of the above in terms of numbers. But it needs to be insta casted (why can Jinx insta cast a snare (with a 0.7 prep time ofc) but MF has to stand like an idiot to cast a simple slow) and also reduce the mana cost on her E (it cost 80 mana while Jinx E costs 50 wtf)

Her ult does meh dmg, especially on late game. If it had an actual AD scaling it would be great. Make it work like Lucian, that could fix some problems.

EDIT: Also you said MF passive was going to have scaling per level. You liars, it's not there, it was never there. You nerfed MF and called a rework and lied to us about it.

I see what you're saying but to make up for Jinx insta-casting her E it doesn't latch onto champions instantly. There is still a short amount of time before a champion can be affected by Jinx's E, whereas MF's E instantly slows.

Then give mf an instant cast and add the same delay to the aoe, at least then she could shoot while she waits

Dude I literally said that on my OP... The one you quote even...

Veigar has basically the same issues as MF. I just don't think Riot really understands why she isn't strong and good players don't care because she is immobile so she doesnt scale as well with player skill as well as the current top tier ADCs.

It's the opposite. It's probably the same case as Leblanc, Poppy, Lee Sin: Both were definitely very strong and yet data that could be seen by players showed that they had abysmal win rates. But Riot's data shows that number was skewed by a ton of bad Leblanc and Lee Sin players, and good players of said champions had pretty high win rates. Poppy had a slightly different scenario: Pretty low play rate and considered trash-tier, and yet in one of the higher elos, she had the highest win rate around 60%. From what I read, it was by one or a few good Poppy players.

Now, people are asking for buffs to Veigar and Miss Fortune even though Veigar and Miss Fortune players themselves say they are balanced and don't need buffs (or at least major ones like everyone keeps proposing.*) And their stats prove it. People just don't know how to play them right (bad players skewing the viewable winrate negatively) while the people that main them are doing just fine if not better than the average player (skewing the viewable winrate positively.) They are also concerned (rightly so) if they get buffs, they will just be hit with nerfs to a point of actually being unplayable since they are already pretty strong as is. Just again, people don't know how to play them properly.

*The only buffs I see people mentioning Miss Fortune could do with is making minions no longer disable her passive, but only after level 9/11 or so. If she had it from the get go, she would be an even more stronger lane bully than she already is. It's the only thing stopping her from dancing around bot lane running away from ganks with ease, and be near impossible to land skillshots on.

I actually do play Veigar and I used to play MF, Veigar is not in a good spot right now, his kit is completely inconsistent without a strong CC initiator. Yeah I can win with him, sometimes even without that initiator but its predicated completely on my opponents making large mistakes. For instance they rush Rabadons and/or step in the stun even though its telegraphed for 14 years.

Veigar and MF are both very simple binary champions with no mobility. Leblanc and Lee Sin are highly mobile characters who need to use their abilities to reduce damage and you need to have good mechanics to play them. Veigar is very simple to play, you cs with q as much as you can until you have a lot of mana regen then you can start to try and poke a little during waves without gimping yourself.

MF's kit can only function when the enemy team makes huge mistakes in positioning. All they have to do is not line up with MF and a creep and they can completely avoid her safe harass. Against good players you pretty much always have to q them and not a creep if you want any damage from it. She still does a decent amount of damage and she used to have grievous wounds which made harass stick so she could bully many champs early game anyways, but eventually they get an item then they outscale you and can 1v1 you. This is now a moot point though because the 'rework' completely took away the only strength her old kit had.

Exactly. You can win with MF, you can win with anyone really. But she needs the opponent to miss position so badly that if they dont, her dmg is average at best.

I like that she has a nice poke with the second Q and I like the mini game of Qing a low hp minion. Hell after you get a bf you can AA>Q a caster minion for the extra dmg, and that's the best she can do, pre BF, her poke is unreliable. It's not even a skillshot since you fight the way the ability is coded, you never know if a minion is going to move just a inch and screw up your poke...
