Kaisa needs more nerfs

She is not even remotely fair, and the 5% ratio decrease on her Q wont do shit. Please, take a larger swing at her, Riot, since you caused this issue. She has insane dps, sustain, a gap closer, an invisibility, a shield... all into an ADC that honestly doesn't need that much time to scale as people think. Does Riot ever listen to the community? This is not the type of bullshit that we like. Please nerf her as quick as you did Irelia! Thanks!
