Revert the Aatrox rework asap

I've seen enough. The entire champ is a dysfunctional, uninteresting pile of trash. Just revert the rework. No one's going to play this champ in a few weeks.

Try him. You'll see for yourself. Don't need more than a day to figure out a champ plays like shit. Has nothing to do with whether a champ is OP or UP - Aatrox just feels like garbage.

I'll try him & I'll definitely admit that I'll feed like hell, mainly because I need tons of time to get used to his kit. You're saying that if I go 1/14/2 as Kai'Sa, can you confirmed that we don't need to bother picking her cz she sucks?

Bonus: Remember when everyone complained Pyke being unfit for Support after his release? Where are those complains now?

"Doesn't feel good to play" sounds just as much as you're not good with him, or his playstyle isn't the type you're looking for. No one's forcing you to main him. Additionally, why should your own view warrants a revert anyway? You don't even play old Aatrox.

I used Pyke as an example because after his release, players complained that his kit should be suited to solo lanes like top or jungle. After a couple of weeks, the Pyke complains has completely died down, including players bringing Pyke to top or jungle. All it takes is for people to just practice more with new/reworked champions instead of blowing their top off after 1-3 games.

Let me give you some insight on the opinion. The main problem of the kit is its lack of functionality. When a champion's basic abilities have inner cooldowns that limit your options while having a conflicting range with the one thing that you could use between casts instead of standing there, which is using a basic attack, it feels terrible. It is not that players cannot make combos, it is that most of the combos that one could theorize or experiment with do not exist in the first place. For exampe, if you use q1 you cannot use q2 for what feels like an eternity but you cannot get in range for a basic attack unless you use e. However, landing the q1 without e in most situation so if you use it here its internal cooldown does not let you e in for a basic attack after hitting q1. Even if you landed q1 without e, using an e to gapclose to land a basic attack leaves you unable to land a q2 because of the range difference, and you cannot use the e to land q2 due to its internal cooldown even if ou had the charges. Add to this the fat that q locks you in the animation for 0.6s if I recal correctly but only knockups for 0.25, so you are effectively cced more than the target is knocked up.

The lack of functionality is what makes the rework feel horrible to play, not the numbers or the gameplay identity itself.

Lul maybe because they did a good rework and it has the Old irelia Essence Thats all BUT this New shit isnt Aatrox he is just a Toy With the Name of the GOD Aatrox. They must change the name and then put again the old aatrox. And that shit trash terrible rework could be a new champ

Pretty sure every other rework wasn't this disgraceful on so many levels. Hah Aatrox retained nothing of his general feel and performance. He looks cool in ult and that's all I can say about the rework. Oh sorry he still has a revive set as the core function of his ult that's called WORLD ENDER.

The Q is ridiculous if you manage to hit someone great (good luck bud) even with your E it is still hard. If the E had no cool down for both bursts at least you can close gaps and he would have better mobility allowing for the Q to be more useful. Even then then the animation gives it away and is easy to dodge. Blood well I actually liked his old passive on his w and yes it was op with titanic hydra and rage blade but at least he could do some damage. He is like a riven with no mobility and horrible crowd control. Aatrox is known for his ability to stay in lane but with the update he feels out of sink and slow his kit is hard to land anything. At least as riven you have mobility and if you land one you can land most if not all of her abilities. If Aatrox is supposed to be a combination type attack then it's pretty laughable compared to his old auto-attack where it was easier to lane. His old w was a life saver and this one seriously anyone can escape and when I say anyone I mean everyone. All you have to do to get out of Aatrox's w is walk to the side that easy not dash, or flash, WALK. His kit becomes more useless as the game progresses in early game he is good but you have to snowball in order to even win late game or even have a decent mid game. However his ult is a lot better basically a free guardian angel and can be a distraction in team fights and turret dives. The thing that bothers me most is that he doesn't even resemble the old Aatrox and I am an Aatrox main so it disappoints me to see such a swing and a miss on this rework. Bring the old W back and fix the Q and if you land the W even if they escape his w a slow could be useful but, tbh Idk if it's even worth trying to use this rework. He isn't worth playing anymore because almost every champ has better kits and laning.

He's not actually that dysfunctional, its just that the new aatrox literally has nothing to do with the old one. The only aspect that stayed is in his ultimate. Aatrox was a auto-attack glass cannon who could heal a ton or put out a ton of damage, depending on what form of your W you used, to a caster-type champ who bullies you in laning phase. His revive is literally no skill now as you can just press R, and his healing was reduced.
