That's the intention. Although just walking away makes her pretty useless. She has nothing to keep you in one position.

no time to react in 5v5 if u run u deal no dmg and they out dmg u

if u stay there is bodyblock u cant be like a robot that dodge all tentacles + enemy champ skillshots even scripts don't do that

If the ADC has item 3153 item 3033 then let that ADC take illaoi little by little so she can fall back and then you can engage.

Unfortunately though that doesn't happen very often^^ but GL next time.

Shes easy as hell to counter. her e is slow as hell, and after she blows ult shes useless. any form of GW, exhaust, cc , or mobility craps on her hard. just punish her everytime her e is on cooldown and kite/run out of her ult

You dont 1v1 her when her key abilities are up. You have to waste her ult and punish her when she misses her e.

she build tanky and some dmg so she is hard to kill anyway

you dont run from her after her ult is down, you want to be harassing and fighting her while minding her e. Theres a reason Illaoi is hardly picked in high elo, let alone pro play. If you just get out of her ult as fast as possible youll always win against her.

Buy Grievous Wounds or take Ignite. Without her heal she's just an immobile Fighter with much less reliable damage.

Morellonomicon is core on most Mages and a really good item and all the others, even if it isn't their best one. Ignite is also easy to take. I don't see the problem.
