People refuse to adapt or learn the enemy's weaknesses

I was just in a game where my team literally screamed at me at the top of their lungs that I didn't ban Xin. The enemy picked Xin, and they cried defeat before we were even out of the queue. They screamed at me that Xin has no weaknesses and can't be beaten and that he was invincible and OP and had a 100% win rate and no one is able to stop him.

Guess what happened once we actually got into the game? We beat the shit out of Xin. The team continued to try and claim that he was unbeatable, EVEN AFTER WE BEAT HIM. They tried to defend their bullshit claim even after we won the game. Mind you, this wasn't an idiot Xin. He was leading in kills and had his Sated Devourer/Rageblade crap going on, AND we were behind in kills. We still nailed him to the wall. Want to know why?

Because he, along with Udyr, Jax, and Yi, have weaknesses, even in their current problematic state. You all out there just voluntarily forgot. You're so fucking obsessed with your pentakill burst damage, your assassin mains, and most of all your soul-crushing addiction to defeatism and failure that you all willingly, AS A COLLECTIVE, forced yourselves to believe that more than half of the roster simply can't be beaten.

I'm fucking sick and tired of it. That's why I want Riot to get rid of bans entirely. In fact, I want you to face ALL FOUR in every game from now until your grave, even if you quit the game tomorrow. It's a "safe space" that you have gotten too used to. You want to, as a team, go all AD melee assassin, you deserve whatever bad things happen to you. You want to ignore the strengths and weaknesses of most of the roster and go only by what lolking or champion.gg says, you deserve to fail.

I feel exactly the same. I'm getting so annoyed myself at seeing all those threads crying about how certain champion are op. So tired of it.

They say champions are op because they are annyoing to deal with. And sometimes it is frustrating, when a Xin is fed because your botlane died and can easily towerdive you. But of course there are ways to counter that. But not that easy without cc...

A lot of champions can do stuff like this when they are fed, not only champions currently considered "op". Also the thing original poster is talking about is that people don't want to even try to play around these picks, they just ban them and complain about them all the fckin time, and that's what is annoying.

Yes, I know. But you can not ignore the fact that there exist champs which are too strong, i.e. Udyr last patch. And he was not even easy to kite due to his ms. Another problem is that players ban a champ while a member of his team is going to pick a counter and so on because they do not have the knowledge how to deal with a huge amount of champions

Yes, you're right that was not my intent, I agree with the fact that some champions are not balanced, but honestly the champion pool have grown way too big to balance it perfectly, so like OP said we need to adapt ;)

You say that. The funny thing is I mentioned during that game "Honestly, Zyra is the biggest pain in the ass on their team.", because aside from her crowd control and the fact that I was Taric, she was also the only person with magic damage on their team (discounting Xin and his shenanigans), and she rushed Rabadon's Deathcap so she was dealing damage I couldn't just ignore.

I don't, however, consider being a pain in the ass and being overpowered one and the same. Being overpowered is obvious; something's wrong with your stats and you're dealing more damage than you should be allowed to, and someone should take an axe to it. Being a pain in the ass is not being overpowered, but rather using that champion's menace TOO well. A Yasuo that always knows when to Wind Wall at exactly the right moment is being a pain in the ass. A Soraka that fully heals two champions you just burned several ults on is being a pain in the ass. A Nami that stunned Xin as he dove her under the turret is being a pain in the ass.
