I am curious of the idea's people come up with. Seen some go with a mix of stats/buffs with their pages, and have seen one with focusing purely on one stat, and of course I am sure there are cases in which it would be stupid to not run X rune of Y champ.

This is what intend to use for Lissandra. The focus on CDR takes lots of pressure of off Catalyst builds, since I'm getting 20% CDR for free.
Also I'm hoping I can get other Liss mains' opinions and thoughts on viable rune set ups.

Mostly the stacking ad on-hit seems pretty good on anyone that can cheat out auto attacks. Other notable candidates include
