Remove 4 man premades.

This would remove the need for that "filler" player on one or both teams. It's not an enjoyable experience to play with or against 4 man premades.

Also limit the ranked gap for people trying to play full 5 man teams, say 5 ranks or 1 full tier, whichever happens first. (Bronze 5 can group with S5 max, G1 can match with S1 max)

This way no solo Q - Trio Q will queue up with full groups.
