Giving 4 AS/lvl to Vayne made Ashe even less of a desirable pick

There was one thing she had and that was having the highest AS/lvl , a power that you gave her at patch 3.02. At that point she had something unique, until 1 patch later where you gave the same power to Tristana. (something, at the time, Tristana admittedly also needed.)

You already buffed Tristana even further in the past with QoL changes like removing the mana cost from Q,etc, which led her to her current state.

But now also giving Vayne +4 AS/lvl, while also having a passive that scales with AS means that Ashe has absolutely nothing unique in her kit other than a stun, which is not enough to compensate for the lack of steroids, terrible base stats all around the table and lack of escape.

Ashe needs some love here. And not the "new skills icons" kind of love. Please stop pushing her even further out of the game and do something.
