PSA: Boots are important

I can't believe in gold elo people try to blame their team when they don't finish their boots in a 20+ minute game. 35 minutes in the game lux didn't have t2 boots complains about her team but she is a 100% immobile champ and she only had at 35 minutes.

Gold elo is about the average elo yet somehow in 25% of my games there is 1 player on either team that doesn't understand the importance of boots on an immobile champion.
