Early game snowballing is out of hand and this season is terrible

See my Udyr win rate. It should not be this high, but it is, because I can stomp the enemy team in the early game and then it usually doesn't matter how good or bad my team is; they have so much of an advantage that they can play like monkeys and still stomp the enemy team through sheer numbers.

This has been an increasing problem over the last few seasons, but it's now hit critical mass. Something really needs to be done to address how retardedly important the first 10 minutes of the game are.
