A Small Note on Azir Changes

Azir no longer has to build CDR items to get attack speed. So an item that grants CDR that you were only really getting before for the stat advantage can now be replaced by, say, a item 3089 or item 3157 . Just something to note.

I still think Azir will end up building a CDR item because 2 of the three are also huge mana regen items.

Yea but his E got really weak because it doesn't even knock up the enemy or grant you a shield. It's basically punishing you for trying to set up a play. Someone can also CC you and get killed or CC you away so you can't make anything out of your ult. But still that change you mentioned is a good buff.

It still shields. They added that back by the way. Whenever, as Azir, I go in like that, I usually follow up with an R. Plus, this change makes his role as "I am an emperor, I dont trouble myself with peasants," a lot more solidified since now he deals slightly more damage from a range and without needing items.

Meaning he can rush damage items so his poke is even more toxic. There are reasons I disagree with these nerfs
