Some ideas/changes that I feel need some attention.

I'm covering a lot of ideas, so I hope you point out the ideas you like and dislike. Also please give feedback as to why you like and dislike it, if you have time to do so.

Lets get started.

This is a change for Karma With a lot of champions being updated and also being released completed, Karma is one that has been left half-done for animations and has not been touched upon in several months. This is an idea for item 3069 Even with the recent nerfs to item 3302 (and upgraded versions heal) along with item 3303 nerf to mana regen, item 3069 still has too far of a gap between its support counter parts. I believe it should have its movement speed returned from having 10 ms on item 3096 and item 2302 while item 3069 gets the full 20 ms. It should also have the gold passive (1 gold per 5 seconds) make a return as well. Its underwhelming outside of laning phase.

This is a change for item 3056 This item in stats are great, provides health, armor. cdr, hp regen, and even a 20% movement speed buff. The active however is only great when ahead. A suggestion to it is to have it shield a tower for 150-300hp (depending on your level) with a 50 armor/MR buff to that turret that last only for 4-5 seconds. The active being 120 seconds on cd and not lasting too long for defensive and offensive use at all points of the game can make this far more useful. I would hate to see this item removed since the lack of purchase. I enjoy buying it against AD heavy teams.

This is an idea for item 3504 I've mentioned this idea before in a thread that talked about buff this item and with the changes to mana regen, giving it 60ap doesn't seem possible anymore without effecting midlaners. I think having the passive scale with ap would work wonders. Let the passive scale at a 0.4 ap ration. Giving 1% attack speed along with 5 more magic damage for every 40ap you have can go a long way. On average, supports build 200 ap when build to completely support their team. Giving someone 15% as (+5%as) and 30 magic damage (+25magic damage) can go a long way.

Final idea and maybe the most controversial would be to soft cap classes (with the exceptions for some) in how much they could earn from certain items. If we were to soft cap assassins, they would benefit less from building tank items after a certain point was reached, this means things like tank Fizz, Fiora, MasterYi or Ekko well benefit less from going full tank than actual tanks. They will still have room to build tanky items, but won't be able to build complete tank if they reach a certain amount of hp, armor, or mr. This will keep them in check while letting items go untouched (mostly). This could also apply to other classes in other areas while some like Swain and others fall under the exceptions list because of how their kits and playstyle works.
