Yes. But they have never all only had ONE play style that works. During the tank meta of season 5-6 you had Vayne, kog maw, Caitlyn, and sivir. All of which had VERY different play styles.
Now it’s litteraly just “who can play like an assassin best”

Jinx was played consistently by litteraly only wildturtle. And not really. Kog was prevalent, as was Lucien and kalista.

Sivir is so situational it’s not even funny
And even so. Those three lose so hard to mf Draven Lucien and jhin it’s actually funny. I mean. Maybe is all 4 of them get banned then they are good picks, but at the moment the others are two overwhelmingly strong you have a better chance of making bob ross angry.
It’s not a matter of the others are too weak, it’s a matter of the top tiers are so strong you can’t win into them without picking one of the other three.

Sivir is doing well because she is anti meta. Her spellshield counters the most prevalent supports and most of miss fortunes burst with a q bounce. That’s litteraly the only pick she does well into, and her pick rate is high because miss fortunes is high.
