malz is getting balanced for supp and is considered supp in the meta but both zilean and malz were originally mid lane mages

Support didn't exist as a role in the past. There was no meta. Blitzcrank was supposed to be an AP bruiser.

Blitzcrank is classed under tank so that doesn't actually disprove anything as he can still build that way and be perfectly fine.

He is a midlaner but he has been nerfed repeatedly (and again in the upcoming patch) since his update the only place he's really viable is support due to the nature of his kit.

That's what I thought but they nerfed him because he was too oppressive as a support.

he will be the new jungle camp and replace raptors with a malzahar and a swarm of voidlings
