Legit question, guys.
It would seem the concept of accountability does not exist at Rito HQ. People are allowed to make a series of mistakes over a long period of time with no reprisals. In any other job, these people would've been fired a long time ago. The game is quickly going to shit and Riot has yet to adress any of the major issues with this game.
Sometimes you need to fire and replace. Just saying.

Or, maybe, just maybe, they're doing a damn good job and the best that anyone could do when you have hundreds of champions with thousands of build paths, millions of unique combinations of game states, and balancing around games that last 40 minutes or more sometimes.
