True Damage is OP, Make TRUE ARMOR

As a squishy mid mage I'm tired of how imbalanced RIOT has made the game against squishy mid mages. We don't have hitpoints, we don't have speed, and we don't have insane damage. We have nothing to stop the cheap True Damage applied by any one of numerous characters. This is obviously lack of foresight on Riot's part, because True Damage is unfair to those who can't apply it to others.

Thus. Riot owes it to the community to create TRUE ARMOR. If people want to apply True Damage, fine. But i should be able to apply True Armor. Or make it a rune. Either way, it's time to level the playing field.
