Which top lane ranged kiter is the strongest in lane?

Teemo in lane, Kennen in team fights

Teemo has the most damage but is by far the most prone to die and feed. But snowballs pretty hard. Best IMO with a dps build and can then go more AP or more bruiserish. I find Flash/Ghost Teemo top fun to give melee hell as his innate damage is an ignite itself ( ghost is both offensive and defensive simultaneously)

Quinn is the most bologne of the 4. Nearly all melee opponents will have little chance of counterplaying her done right. Counterbuilding her with decent gold isn't impossible though. Most likely to fall off the map without a good lead. If fed a lot snowballs hilarously. Feels good having constant presence.

Kennen played very effectively is also unfair to melee typically. His lower damage requires him to put more work and or time into gaining the lead but he done correctly surely will. If you go full AP runes he won't have as much lane presence as auto attack based runes. AP Kennen is also fairly easy to counterbuild. AD Kennen is very hard to counterbuild and he can go either wits end or ruined king or both dictating your build. I used to take AA based runes with my AP Kennen build for greater early advantage.

AP Lulu is a threat versus squishy top laners. Pretty useful and safe a great team enabler for divers or super ADCs. Not to hard to stalemate with MR if full AP. I believe on hit Lulu with shield max is viable if the lowest dmg of the bunch. Kinda like a more annoying lower damage Kayle.

AD Soraka Heal off of Q, silence them, auto-attack them to death. Profit.
