Alistar needs more severe nerfs
Just nerf this cancer already. His base HP nerf on PBE is not enough. His kit is point-and-click zero counterplay bullshit that shits on each and every melee champ trying to do their job. He's the incarnation of unhealthy cancerous design. He outcrowds all other supports whenever he's strong. He pays nothing for his reliability, nothing at all.
