Sorry, but this idea is awful. It may help give solo players bragging rights, but it also promotes toxicity... one of the few things DQ supposedly had going for it.
It'll be common for a lot of people to flame because of someone having a Team or Dynamic emblem because it's basically a label that says "hey, I'm boosted/boost my friends more than I play to actually prove my skill."
Even if that is true, it doesn't fix anything. Makes it worse in my opinion.

No friend is going to be exactly the same skill as you. You're either being carried at least a bit or carrying them.
