So I decided to try out Rageblade Devourer Skarner.

Although got out comped and thus I lost badly, it felt pretty strong. Pretty strong as in I could 1v1 a tanky Fiora head on with her ult on me, without being in one of my spires.

That, and I melted anything and everything that I caught. It felt kinda like a Yi with CC.

I've never done rageblade, but my favorite skarner build is Devourer>Titanic>Frozen Mallet>Dead Mans Plate>Banshees and the damage is pretty insane while still having a good chunk of health and good shields with w
