Don't forget to do it this time rito

So we've all talked about this recently and I'm sure we can all agree about it. But when jhin is released, he needs to be banned from ranked play for the minimum of one month. Everyone needs to get the chance to play with and against him, and learn how he works before he can even get the chance to enter ranked. This really should be for all new champion releases as pretty much every champion who gets released gets nerfed in some way shortly after. (Not to mention unfound bugs)

To clarify I'm not raging, I just think this is for the good of the community to have him "worn in" before he gets to ranked play.
