It was discussed several times before, but one of the most necessary keys would be attack move that doesn't involve prioritizing minions over champions when those are in sight. I don't see why someone on riot staff can't spend one evening adding a few code lines to create this hotkey, hell, I could do it myself, if I saw the code.
redniwediS1 votesPersonally I don't think we should have an attack move at all, let alone one that does not allow your enemy to abuse your use of it. You have two different types of movement, and as such you should use the appropriate one for the situation.
Maybe if you are having problems with attack move you should try not using it, as you can do everything without it that you can with it anyway.

Without sticking to the target I might lose a few autoattacks which is crucially important, I have to suffer sticking to minions from time to time until they make something more useful. Been using shift+attack and shift+qwer since beta.
redniwediS1 votesYou may lose a few auto attacks, but not everyone will. It all depends on your skill in doing so, and the same goes for using attack move when it is most useful (when it will not stick you to minions or a freshly placed ward).
