So do I replace Ryze with Elise on my ban list now?
Since 
win rate has jumped from 45% to 54% and 
has dropped from 51% to 36%, I assume it's safe for me to just replace Ryze with Elise for my top ban? Or if not her, then who get's Ryze place?

...There are a bunch of people with winrates around 54%. Elise is not even the highest win rate jungler. Please do not ban people just based on their stats - ban Elise only if you find she is dominating the games you're playing.
I'd rather not wait until I have to face another Ryze 2.0 and get melted over and over before learning that they're a good ban. I'll learn from others pain, thanks :)
Yes. Not only because of high winrate, but also for being stupidly obnoxious to play against.
