MORE RESETS!

Okay, seriously though the idea is help Jinx through the early game without making her stronger is add a reward mechanic for last hitting with Zap! (W).

This allows her to help her get early farm without being overpowerd, something like 100% CD refund and 50% mana cost refund on executes from Zap!

Except it does make her stronger. She doesn't need buffs to her ability to cs.

In some match-ups, this is only a change for match-ups she cannot get in auto range, otherwise this change does nothing

"help Jinx through the early game without making her stronger"

If you help Jinx though the early game, by definition her early game is now stronger than it was.

I do not want to be instaslowed with a 100% cd over and over so hell no.

uhm reading comprehension? on execute, meaning that if zap KILLS the unit then it gets refunded, how would you get permaslowed if Zap is single target and if it doesn't kills you it doesn't reset?

Minion dies, clearly you get perma-slowed. Zap is single target.

How about some natural access to sustain instead? You know something to keep her in lane and get through early game?

sustain isn't a good idea, unless she is pared with a healer, but what this does is she can get minions from outside her range in hard match-ups rather than have scenarios of she doesn't get played because Draven, Lucian, etc is in the mix - this allows for a hyper to coexist with lane bullies and not beat them in lane

I think Jinx needs some help but... not this?

It's kinda odd but at some point her Zap was the longest skillshot without a charging mechanic in game, then came Jhin...

I think the solution is a bit more... classy, simply make it castable while moving, this would allow Jinx to use her W a lot more and not instagib herself for a measly slow
