I mean, why sacrifice a Summoner Spell slot when you can get it free in game?

I'd like to see it with something like: "Clairvoyance - Reveals an area for a short amount of time and grants vision of all enemies revealed by it for several seconds. It also leaves behind a pillar of light that grants allies within a certain radius X% movement speed when moving toward it, increasing to Y% as they get closer to it."
