Ok second most,seeing that it has no counter? It's free. Fiora can literally right click you to death at level 1 without her Q. Vayne is vayne. Remember when everyone used Jinx as a lane bully,even with a cost on her rockets? They do that on Fiora,i pray it remains impossible on vayne.

Except Fiora only gets her true damage after earning it. Something both parties are able to have some control over.

I'm not sure you've seen Fiora's PASSIVE. Quite a well informed comment. I'm well aware her ult isn't available at level 1 anymore.
