Riot is HARD nerfing Urgot because of the new Conqueror but other champs are not getting touched

Yep Urgot CAN stack it fast with W.

But Riven, Yasuo, Rengar, Renekton, Tryn, Jax all can stack it just as fast but they are not getting touched.

Well Urgot and Ashe look really busted with that keystone, you would think that Rito is smart and does the interaction like they do it with on hit effects for Ashe Q and Urgot W, but look at this video, Ashe gets instant 5 Stacks with Q, so basically with only 1 auto attack:

Not really feeling like he got noticeably weaker. Still completely walks over every meele champ out there.
