A couple of days I posted about playing with silver players against platinum players. Today I have a plat v in the enemy team and a silver 3 in my team. I mean wtf plat v and silver 3??? but ok we won the games because 2 lanes got fed and the s3 was the support. but then this game happened. http://i.imgur.com/8O31wNo.jpg What? Seriously Riot. WHAT!? You are matching a nearly full gold team against a full plat team?

This isn't silver bronze, this is Gold/Plat you are talking about, where the skill difference of a single player can make a difference and you make a full team a whole tier higher than our team? guess what we lost 14/39, we got decimated. Please just do something about this elo difference. And don't give me that same MMR bullshit because we all know that one side of the map is getting higher MMR for matchmaking.

I mean, don't star telling me that these guys have bad mmr, because they don't, they're halfway diamond.

How much did you lose? Being a near-full gold team against plats, did you lose only like 10LP?

The way it was explained to me a long time ago is- The system generates two teams with near mmr (seems false often enough) and predicts who will win. If the team that is highly predicted to win wins, they will not gain much for LP, and the loser won't lose much. If the side that was highly predicted to lose wins, they gain a lot of LP and the team predicted to win loses a lot. If they're about even, the win/loss LP is roughly even.

If what I've heard it true, then you should have lost, but you wouldn't lose much for LP (like 10 or whatever,) and they won't gain much. But if you were to win, you'd get like 25-30
