Riot employees please grow some balls and recieve honest feedback, no matter good or bad as FEEDBACK

Sorry to be so blunt about it and this post probably will be considered as on of those "toxic community complainers" I recently read a article about "Why are we so slow to get such changes and mandatory things like a replay system out" by Lyte But I was shocked to read a lot of finger pointing about the community, calling them demanding and that it really dampens the mood for Riot employees when they see stuff like this pop up, not to mention that he totally dodged the question completely to say that all major companies have this recessive nature, what is true But we already know this, we expect this But why can't we ever see any discussion about anything controversial in the game, often times something gets messed up and receives a lot of negative feedback, we see one Rioter post in a thread after anywhere between 1-14 days and then quickly run away like they had armed a nuke We know that there is a part of the community that is considered toxic, but when trying to establish a link with the players who care about Riot games, why do you seemingly gravitate towards the angry red faced comments (what you don't respond to anyway) and use them as an excuse to not have any further discussion on the subject

Recently a Rioter responded to the Cassiopia Rework and why no one has bothered to fix anything about it, they made a single post and havn't returned to it since, I see that there are a few hot headed responses to that question and this should really be expected, ignore those posts, but there are a bunch of other posts with clearly thought out responses and criticisms actively trying to reach out to Riot and incite some good discussion, why are these posts being treated the exact same as the toxic loudmouth posts to be lost and never confronted at all.

We see a lot of posts too about Riot wanting to reach out to players more and have more discussions about the game with the community, but it never happens, the only time I have seen any form of decent activity between reds and the community was when KateyKhaos was tackling most feedback in the community (great job by the way) but seemingly has been making less posts now, probably due to being the only one being active (can only assume)

Is it really that hard to not consider disgusting posts made only to slander you, and actually consider posts that are well made and obviously are looking to give feedback that improves the game as a good point to keep going with that discussion and potentially come to a great conclusion to the problem what makes both parties happy?

Even if we could get something simple and closing like "Sorry but we can't discuss about this situation right now, but please let it be known that we are working on it" or "I didn't work on this [Champion/gameplay choice/Item/Skin] but I will try to let the people on this subject know about this problem/feedback"
