He's on par with any of these cancers, arguably even worse. Champ doesn't pay enough for having a built-in Zonya's. Literally snipes you from across the lane with no penalty for missing his R. It doesn't matter because he doesn't need it to oneshot a squishy. Doesn't help that Fizz is completely braindead on top of everything else.
Fizz is the most cancerous champion in the game and thats why I ban him every single game.
Don't use cancer that way. It offends those of us who have to deal with cancer in real-life.
I agree with you, he's been S tier forever, and instead of nerfing him they just keep buffing him. Champions that also fall into catagory of disgustingly op are 
Fizz E isn't really a built in zhonya, he still takes damage if there is a DOT on him.
And I wouldn't really compare fizz to akali. Atleast fizz can be pushed out of lane, since he has to use mana. Fizz also doesn't have free sustain on his spells, or a spammable slow, and whatever the fuck is "true stealth".
I would rate fizz as annoying as riven maybe.
I'd rather fight Fizz than Akali.
