Bandle City3 votesHonestly, Teemo shouldn't lose all that hard to most of those that you listed. Especially Malphite and Poppy. I have NEVER lost lane to either of those two while playing Teemo EVEN IF their jungler is camping me. If you see a Teemo lose those match-ups he's either bad at Teemo or is having a really off game in my opinion.
The only two out of the ones you've listed that I really struggle with as Teemo are Pantheon and Jayce. The rest of them are either easy lanes or skill match-ups. >.>

It's all about understanding the matchup for the most part, especially against Irelia. You need to keep an eye on your own minions while last hitting and harassing so that you can predict her dash. When one of your minions is low and she's in range to dash at it us either attack move or your blinding dart clicking on the minions position and then you'll attack her the exact instant she becomes untargetable after he dash allowing you to severely punish her for even trying to CS or get near you. Since she's melee you can easily toss a single auto attack her way whenever she walks up to a minion to last hit it as well. It's really important to establish a lead on her before she hits level 6 though otherwise she can wreck you. It's all about positioning and taking advantage of the fact you're better pre-level 6.
As far as Illaoi goes, play it passively and just harras from behind minions, eventually she'll get low and you can all in her with ignite. If she lands her tentacle pull on you then all in her immediately if your strong enough as each attack reduces the duration of the ability and prevents her from proccing it completely. It's important to not let her all in you though either because for the most part this is actually a skill match-up in my opinion. Whoever's better at their champion and/or the lane in general is the one who's most likely to win in this one.

There are times when they COULD win true. But its not a 100% chance of losing lane if those get picked. Normally im such a potent presence in lane/top that they have to use 2-3 people constantly to stop my split pushing and even then they most times don't even get a kill.

Teemo is such a silly little bully in lane I love it. I main top mostly because I like picking on most of the meta top laners which Teemo is very good at doing as long as you're doing it right. If I don't use Teemo then my second pick for bullying enemy top laners is heimer because not a lot of top laners can so easily deal with his turrets. especially if you build for split pushing. lol

I was worried the Rylai's nerf was going to hurt him but unlike some of the other mages it affected it was almost a buff to him since he can get both that and Liandry's a lot faster now. XD

There's actually a person who mains Teemo ADC in Diamond. I can't remember their summoner name though.

It's funny against ADCs like Vayne because a single Q poke can outdamage the retaliation in lane, and makes extended trades even worse for her.

Even though I play Teemo in the top lane I love it when ADC's try and 1v1 me whether I'm building AP or AD because the blind just wrecks them. lol
I actually have a new favourite AD'ish core on Teemo now if you ever want to try it out.
It's the perfect 1v1 core for Teemo in my opinion. I love it so much. XD

A thing I found funny about Rageblade is the phantom on-hit procs before the auto hits with ranged champions. So I sometimes (though rarely) kill someone with phantom proc before my auto hits. :d

That's a good core. Another fun one you can try with that is replace with a 
for more of a bursty core. aa>q>aa with thunderlord's to 100-0 enemy squishies. XD
